"Room was clean but when they cleaned the room they left the door open and they also left cleaning products in the room."

"Traveled with partner and pet. Property easily accessible and close to NJ Turnpike. Lots of grassy area to walk dog. Staff were very helpful. Printed off some pages for me and recommended nice sushi restaurant 6 minutes away. Breakfast adequate and a plus had 24/7 brewed coffee available. Heating/cooling unit in first floor room a tad noisy and configured tightly to king size bed in our room. No big deal, did not run at night and room was still cozy. TV huge!"

"Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms."

"I read some of the older reviews, and I was kind of worried. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, beds were comfortable with clean linens, no signs of bugs or mold, or any of the other things reported from other reviewers. I’m sure the hotel has done some upgrades since those folks stayed. The shower was just OK but workable. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again."

"Lied to about availability of the pool when I phoned to ask about the pool hours before check in. They denied it would be closed for the entire stay when directly asked. Closed the whole time. Housekeeping couldn’t have slammed the door to the room next door more times early in the morning if they’d tried. So annoying. They tried to get into the room twice though I’d added a day to the reservation. When I reported the problem to reception, the same woman (always at the desk in the morning) who...

"Housekeeping never gave clean towels even though I set out the dirty ones. Never checked if we needed toilet paper or cups, etc. The lady at the front desk was lovely!!"

"the check in and check out were a breeze. staff very kind and friendly. The facility is older, some of the furninture was worn out and the bath tub was not gleaming... a lot of use probably. The beds were great, firm and not overused. I would definitely recommend if you are ok with a bit of an older facility."
