"Clean room, comfortable bed"

"The rooms need to be cleaner. No, more calls at the early morning hours. Looking for help or staff. And ants were coming in from the walls of the building"

"Room had bed bugs, went to front desk at 10am and was told to come back at 3 pm, I had a king bed I paid for and was given two double beds across the hall where the garbage was dumped but not changed, something red was all through the garbage bag, sheets on the bed had red stains, no refund/discount was offered, no apology and no one came up to check, I had to spend 150 dollars washing clothes and getting spray for all my luggage and gear and the new beds, room was never cleaned but they did...

"Check-in was quick and friendly. Complimentary water and snack is a nice amenity. Room was clean and in order. Body wash, shampoo and conditioner in plentiful ounces were a nice touch, as were a dorm-sized fridge and microwave...things that are disappearing from hotel offerings. Complimentary breakfast choices were varied and tasted better than average."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t use the pool but they have a nice indoor pool, WiFi, and the host at the front desk made me the most incredible cup of coffee when we checked in (I was exhausted and he could tell!) will definitely stay again when in the area."

"Overall, the facility was clean and well appointed. The room was up-to-date and quiet. The beds were good. The mini-fridge had a separate freezer door. The vanity in the bathroom was plenty wide, with room on both sides of the sink. The shower head in the bathtub was very high. My only complaint about the room was the bathtub had very slippery footing when taking a shower. Friction strips need to be installed. I was happy to see that breakfast begins at 6am on weekends, but the food was below...

"The staff went above and beyond to guarantee our stay was amazing. This was a "cousin night together before school starts" stay and due to the attentiveness during the stay the kids had a great experience. As a grandma I am very grateful. As the premises experienced a lightning strike prior to our visit that took out the elevators and internet/phones, I was a little anxious about our stay. But we were treated so well. We will back. Thank you again."
