"It was incredibly last minute but the person on reception (I think of South Asian descent) was very professionaly and friendly and got be booked in quickly and he was helpful when I had issues with my key. I've stayed here before - great location, nice building and rooms, great staff. My only criticism would be that the WiFi was down for about 30 mins and the bathroom did not smell nice."
