"Room was average. Clean. Shower was a good size. Could have done with a few hooks both in bathroom and room. However bed was so high, had to climb to get on to it. And pillows very thick. Just about managed two nights. Could not have handled a third night sleeping on them. Breakfast was ok, not great but filled a whole. Front of desk staff very knowledgeable and gave us good direction for places to eat out of the centre of Oxford. The maps they had for park and ride etc were handy. Average stay."

"We stayed here for 5 nights in April. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff and the public areas were clean and attractive. Our room on the ground floor was clean and comfortable. We only ate one night in the restaurant, the food was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast each day was exceptional with a very good variety of food offered on the buffet. Every member of staff we came in contact with were cheerful friendly and helpful. A bonus is that the park and ride is just a few...

"Absolutely love this place. Second stay here and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. Emily at front desk goes over and beyond to help with anything we ask. Rooms are clean, bed sleeps great, AC works great, rare find worth staying. Close to the bus stop for travel into the city. Spacious parking. Only regret is we didn’t stay longer. "

"Nice small hotel in quiet neighborhood, about 15 minutes walk to downtown Oxford. Friendly staff, good breakfast menu. Room was big, had 2 double beds, walking shower. "

"Positives: The location and Parking are excellent. The Reception, and Bars are styling & Comfortable. But, some communal areas are tired (example the entrance from the car park), the garden is overgrown in parts and its seems their are sraff shortages (the staff seem good, but under pressure). There is building work going on, and there is evidence of this as you enter through the entrance from the car park. There is a very small lift and no sign for the stairs! "

"It’s a ok hotel f you don’t demand too much. It’s clean, and the staff are friendly too. Now let’s talk about the undesirable things in our room. 1: no refrigerator. 2: no safe box in room. 3: don’t provide enough towels ( had to ask for more what we needed) 4: no house phone in room that you need to go to front desk for anything.5: the temperature control in room is not functioning properly. I had to turn it on in the middle of night because the room was too hot. Isn’t it money talk in this...
