"This was a very disappointing experience, especially for a Hilton property. When my friends and I arrived, we spoke with the valet attendant, Scott, because we were attending a concert and likely would not be staying overnight. We asked if we could pay the 12-hour valet rate instead of the $49 overnight rate. Rather than listening to our explanation, Scott repeatedly interrupted us and told us he would charge us twice. He then told us we could “go park somewhere else and pay a cheaper price.”...

"21C was the hotel to stay in Cincinnati, but not anymore. Our room was so stuffy and smelled like it had not been slept in for weeks. The hallways were humid and sticky. The artwork in the room appeared worn out. The shower/tub floor was very slippery. You could barely see out of the windows because the windows were so dirty. There was no refrigerator/bar refrigerator in the room. And a room service was not available after 10 pm Also, as we were getting ready to go to sleep, the fire alarm...

"The parking garage across the street is not affiliated with the hotel and they dont validate parking. Only thing they offer is vallet. Even if you book a type/style of room dont expect to get what the pictures showed to you when you book. Missing amenities in room "

"We stayed in a suite but the amenities of the hotel were wonderful. The room was beautifully detailed and very comfortable "

"We had booked 2 separate suites but they ran out or didn’t have them clean so they ‘upgraded’ us to one 2 bedroom unit. The counter had rice on it and had dried food on it. We had to scrub it down before we could use it. Everything else was neat and clean. Breakfast was what you’d expect. Staff was very polite. "

"I love how spacious the suite was, it was just enough room for my family and the staff was really nice. The issues I had was. The kitchen sink was stopped up which was definitely needed with a toddler and a family. I called guests services, but they never could get maintenance to come. They offered to switch rooms which was a huge inconvenience traveling with a child and after sanitizing everything. The lamp in the bedroom near the window did not work. The door handle fell off the closet door...
