"Had a good stay here for 3 days and 2 nights! Staff are awesome! They are very helpful specially the lady at the front desk who helped us on all our requests! The only problem that I have encounter was they said that housekeeping is by request so we requested it the 2nd day before we left and visit downtown, they said yes at the front desk but when we came back, our room wasn't even touch or cleaned, we expected if as we requested it. "Loved the updated room with kitchen dining table, and nice view of water and dock. Room service was prompt and food warm and plentiful. My only dings were the underground parking which was hard to navigate and where we parked the trunk on our car hit a pipe and sustained a defect in paint. The other thing was the small toiletries for shower."
