"The property is very old but nicely maintained…. It does look more attractive in the pictures. The room wasn’t cleaned the second day of our stay and when we asked to have it cleaned we were told the cleaners stop working at noon but they would bring us clean towels which never happened. Our other issue was the shower which went hot and cold, hot and cold constantly. It reminds me of a fixed up old roadside hotel. We would not return"

"The pool hot tub area was excellent, Wine tasting every day at 4:30pm. Restaurant was great for breakfast. Wish beds were a little softer, asked for pillow topper but did not have any available. They did offer extra pillows which was nice. "

"Excellent customer service. Comfortable bed, large, clean room. Beautiful view and grounds. Lots of amenities- binoculars and bicycles available to be lent. It was our anniversary and a bottle of nice wine was sent to our room for us. All the staff, friendly and helpful. We really loved our stay. We will go again. We had dinner at Drake‘s restaurant. The food was pretty good, but the service was below the standard one would expect. Very slow to take our order, time between courses was way too...

"The room was not quite ready when we checked in around 11pm. Toilet has pee mark on it. Sink is broken so water not draining that we have to fix it ourselves as it was pretty late. When check out next day and shared these to staff, they didn’t say anything. The room has only one robe so we needed another one to go to mineral pool and I went to front desk to request it , they said they will ask stuff to deliver one it didn’t happen the whole morning. And my son left his contact lens in hotel....

"It was ok , clean smelled freshly cleaned. Beds were comfy,staff was friendly. We got there 25 min early , they wanted to charge $40 early check in ,crazy So we went and had lunch for that $$ ."
