Cari Hotel di Distrik Chiltern

"Fantastic location with great staff It’s a 400+ year old hotel and looks stunning, that age has it’s challenges and some internal corridors could use yet another upgrade Good pub and restaurant on site Would use again"

"4th stay here this year. AC kept changing from 20c cool to 24c heat, which is too hot to sleep. The fridge was turned off when I arrived and it took mintenance to come and rescue it. A very similar story to my last visit if you look through my reviews. No doubt I'll stay here again shortly as the local alternatives are poor. I expect more for £250 per night. Only one budweiser in the fridge this stay too, I've previously had two. Staff helpful but couldn't put me in a quiet room due to being...

"Really poor service from the reception team. We were charged for the room again at check out because she didn’t speak to us before charging to a card. It wasn’t even the card used to book but one used to pay for breakfast. We were then told that she couldn’t fix it and WE had to email guest relations. We did and the guest relations sent an email back saying accounts will refund us IF the charge was taken twice in 3-7 days. Accidents happen but this has been dealt with incredibly poorly and...

"Despite being at a very busy service station and close to the M40, it's quiet inside the hotel and room The room itself was comfortable and spotlessly clean. While there was no kettle in the room, there was hot water on tap near reception. All in all, a good place to stay"

"Clean, convenient and friendly staff"

"Clean and quite"

"Excellent location!! Went to Wembley stadium and took the train to Gerrards Cross after the game. 15 mins, then a short stroll. Loved the room, bed, facilities. Room well equipped, super comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked in circa 15mins. Will def stay there again! Ample secure parking."

"Excellent location for travelling by tube into central London. Very helpful staff. Bonus points for Aldi and Tesco nearby! We didn't make use of the bar or breakfast option so can't comment, but breakfast did smell very nice! Parking was easy. Would use again."

"Poorly maintained ripped carpets to stairways poorly maintained rooms Restaurant closed apparently for maintenance so breakfast is in a little room just off reception not enough places to sit so went out for breakfast due to these issues so cant comment on the standard of food on offer."

"Excellent stay"

"Definitely needs an update and tidy up in the outside areas. Room was clean and modest."

"Very traditional pub/b&b needed renovation in areas but added to the charm enjoyed stay and had great nights sleep and the breakfast was good too would stay here again friendly locals and great staff"

"Showers and toilets are shared with other guests really need some attention to detail cleaning."

"There are no staff available to check anything. The stair carpet to Room 27 was badly stained. Room 27 was clean, but the toilet seat was hanging on by a thread on one side only. The soap tray in the shower had come down and was impeding the On/Off lever. The drain in the shower is partially blocked and any shower over 2 minutes will flood the bathroom. The On/Off lever fell off in my hand and I had to scramble to find it in the water and reattach it. The bed was extremely firm and required a...
