"Staff at reception and concierge were great Staff in the restaurant at breakfast were clueless First room they gave us was a shoe box with a screw drilled into the window so it wouldn't open. After compiling we were shown a better room which we had. The style of the hotel makes it feel dated not modern. The breakfast was good but the staff in that department were as if they were from Mars they had no hospitality training and could be better replaced with traffic cones."

"Even though check in is at 3pm, our room was not ready when I came in at 4 pm...had to put in repeated requests since I had a wedding dinner to attend and then the person at the front desk gave me an alternate room, which was rather tiny for 2 people.
