"Staff were fantastic and my dad was given a wonderful welcome. The rooms and cleanliness and hospitality and warmth was outstanding. "I was surprised at how clean and spacious this apartment was especially at what we paid for it for 1 night. It had everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The room was so hot but the weather was 28degrees outside and so we walked in to 2 fans already blowing in the room. The apartment was exactly the same as the photos used. Thanks. Would recommend or stay myself again in the future."

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight. The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. "The AC in the conservatory where we held the wedding ceremony and meal was wholly inadequate. It was 27c outside and at least that inside. The main problem was underspecified AC units ( there were only 2 - probably needed 6). There was no roof blinds to shade us from the afternoon sun, so the venue got hotter and hotter. As a result the experience was very uncomfortable - inexcusable really as the Hotel Management must have always know this was a problem in the hot summers from previous years....

"The Hotel's location is very good. However, it is busy and can be loud at times. The check-in was a bit hard, as there is not really a front desk, as customers are required to self check in. Was unable to check in early as requested, however, staff locked up our bags. Upon returning twas unable to self checkin in. There is a buzzer, which "may" get staff to come to desk. However, I rang it and end up waiting, for awhile before staff attended. I explained, I was unable to self check in. ...

"Best service we have ever received from staff. Every single member of staff we encountered at the hotel was incredibly polite, kind and extremely helpful. Mia at the front desk was particularly helpful & super lovely, as was the restaurant manager. We felt so incredibly welcome and well looked after throughout our stay, despite having some issues with our booking through Expedia. The team swiftly and generously resolved these problems, which frankly, were not even their fault. We ordered...
