"Great hotel especially for the price, having a pool to use was great! Plenty of parking available too.
Good to note, there is no air con in standard rooms, I knew this when booking and it wasn’t an issue at all. it was the middle of a heatwave and the room was a bit warm but it’s unusual weather for the UK so I suspect during normal weather it would be absolutely fine."

"Ideal location - nice to find a hotel with garden and grounds within the concrete jungle of outer London! - and plenty of parking. We were happy with our room, which was spacious, clean and tidy. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and nice coffee! The staff were very nice.

"The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight.

"i had paid for a superior room with a king bed, we were given a standard double and told that this was an upgrade because it had air conditioning. The room was tired and dusty. The breakfast next morning was good apart from the fact that the queue for the hot counter went out through the door.
The hotel was extremely busy and as soon as we were given the key we pretty much had to leave straight away to go somewhere. When we got back it was too late to do anything about the room.
