"Needs TLC, not enough staff. Lounge bar area had dirty tables, glasses cleared but not wiped. Hospitality tray milk had gone off and was solid. Glass shelf in bathroom falling off wall, sink was blocked took ages for water to dissappear. Shower tray waste blocked water did not go down, it overflowed into bathroom. Used the bath towels to mop it up. "

"The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed.
Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed"

"Perfect location, price and convenience for Wembley stadium. Very basic but when you're out and about on the city you don’t really need any frills just a safe base. "The location is absolutely beautiful and incredibly picturesque. Our room was amazing, very spacious, spotless, and featuring a fantastic double shower which was a real highlight.
The bar staff in particular were exceptional throughout our stay, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really added to the overall experience. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would happily return.
