"Full of detail and character; the hotel staff were very helpful, food was fresh and tasty and the rooms clean and well appointed. A couple of minor repairs to damage (probably caused by previous guests) needed but overall, this was an excellent visit. "

"Everything was great except for the staff levels. The dining room, bar and even reception area seemed to be trying to function on a shortage of bodies. They did they best they could and were brilliant but it wasn't fair to see them trying to cover everything

"Beautiful place, conveniently located. We had a celebration and we were made to feel very special. Only one very disappointing experience at the Spa marred our stay. Hotel offered a free treatment but as we were leaving the next day it was of no use to us. They should have offered refund. All in all it was fun. Loved the lounge, the food at Madhu’s."
