When I asked the staff about it, they provided a fan which was nice but at check out, a male staff was providing excuses and then gave me a lecture about booking directly through hotel not third party sites, despite explaining my reasoning. "Misleading description of superior room , poor shower"

"Great sized room with modern decor and lovely small touches linking it to the location next to the studios - excellent staff, downside was the fan that was provided in the room, didn’t really work effectively but it was a heatwave and even though the hotel decor is modern the building is quite old. Breakfast also had a great selection and it’s a great place to stay that’s quiet but easy to get into central."

"Was very hot conditions the day of our stay,when we got to hotel we checked in late, around 1:30am, but when we got into our room no measures had been taken to cool down the temperature of the room, which read over 43° on the air con display, after turning on the air con it never got below 41° all night, we can understand there's not much the hotel can do about hot weather conditions but we would've expected them to take reasonable measures to try to cool down rooms for guests, we asked for a...
