Our room was spacious, spotless, and well set up for a family stay, which made everything feel easy and relaxed. The staff were exceptional: genuinely friendly, attentive, and especially thoughtful with our little one. Dining was excellent, with great options and flexibility for families, and the grounds were stunning...

We had team meeting there as it was a central place for us to meet and the staff were super helpful arranging somewhere quiet for us to have our meeting. The coffee and lunch throughout the day was excellent as well as my evening meal the night before. Excellent venue and I will be back in a few weeks."

"Very well located hotel for Harry Potter Studios and also the local train station for trains into London. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent price, including a free breakfast, which was great. "I have stayed before on many occasions, although no staff to greet you now, the lock boxes for room keys works effectively. Staff are super lovely, very accommodating.
