"The staff were always very welcoming and accommodating at the front desk. The room was very clean and just as advertised. The neighborhood had a great balance of quiet, but with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Having the Paddington station close by was great for travel, and we liked the low rumble of the underground that went by every so often. "

"Fantastic stay! The hotel is designed in such a way that most rooms have a view of Big Ben and the Thames. The room was clean, comfortable, with a spacious bathtub. Hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived jet lagged. The location is unbeatable, and there is a convenient cafe on the first floor. Would definitely recommend"

"We arrived very early before check-in and, although our room wasn't ready, Alexandra on the front desk was very welcoming and friendly and the Duty Manager took care of us until we could check in. On check out the following day, Maria and Rebecca were extremely helpful. The room was large and comfortable. We have stayed at the Novotel London West before and it's always been a good experience."

"This was an excellent stay for our journey to London. The location is great, quiet, and easy to navigate to many destinations. The room was a bit delayed for our check in, but we were able to be seated at the bar until the room was ready. The room is a bit outdated but comfortable with a touch of British feel. The only big con I have is that there are np mini fridges to store food and drink. That being said, everything else was fantastic with a special highlight to the service of the team. They...
