"We stayed at this hotel for a family trip, but had a serious issue during our stay.
On the second day, the bathroom ceiling developed a large water bubble which suddenly burst and released a significant amount of water directly onto my 8-year-old child. It was a very distressing situation. We have video evidence recorded immediately after the incident showing water continuing to flow from the ceiling.
The source of the water was unclear, which raised hygiene concerns as it could have come from...

"No, incluye desayuno, no tiene gaveteros para tu ropa, no me dijeron que incluye la estadía... es decir, no supe qué más había en el área de gimnasio, me parece que miraba personas subir de allí con café.. no supe qué más había en el segundo piso, solo salones de reuniones? Algunos de los snaks de la habitación estaban vencidos."

"Great choice for a short stay and if you're on a budget. My room was on the 2nd floor and facing H Street, so the only drawback was that the street noise was a bit loud. However, overall I really liked my room (it was so cute) and the location was great. Very walkable to eateries, museums, etc. I'd definitely stay there again!"
