I opened the window which helped a bit, reported it to the management, and from their reaction they already knew about the problem. "No towels ,just tea towels ,no hot water, no milk or spoon to make tea or coffee ,I stayed for 5 days ,no one came to do anything ,they didn't empty the bins or change sheets or give you a floor mat,"

"I have stayed here before. For what this place is- it’s excellent. It’s a stop off when undertaking business or a quick stopover in London. Nice clean room- well stocked toiletries- tea and coffee to hand. Staff lovely, food in bar good. Room can be a bit noisy at times- but that really isn’t the hotel’s fault. I will be staying again."

"The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant and bar next door were very good. The Specials on the menu were special. They had a good range of beers and wine. The staff were all professional, friendly and helpful. It was a lovely place to stay and I'd happily stay there again"
