Cari Hotel di Distrik Mansfield

"The staff were the best part of the hotel. Clearly someone is good at hiring. Physically, almost everything was a bit crooked and broken (including the door safety lock in our room, Ashover Suite). The Hamburger was disappointing at £18.50, given that it was clearly a frozen burger and cheap supermarket quality. The room was cold, and we could not figure out how to turn on the radiator, so i slept with my clothes on. The room was nice and grand, and i had a lovely hot bath in the morning. ...

"Fantastic Branch of the Hilton Family. One of their best."

"Friendly staff and the afternoon tea was delicious Some of the things in our room could do with being repaired and maybe a new mattress but overall it was a pleasant stay"

"Perfect hotel for my one night stay, very clean and well presented"

"Very welcoming room was excellent quality bed was to die for"

"Used as an overnight stop on our way south, location is good, a few minutes from the M1, Reception staff were very good, bed was very comfortable, only down side was the shower was in need of a deep clean, dirty grouting and rust stains. Breakfast was serve yourself, plenty full but not very hot."

"All staff encountered were extremely helpful, polite and very professional. Fantastic grounds. Good choice for a evening meal as well as a wide selection for breakfast. Will definitely stay again."

"The staff were really helpful, bed was comfy, only downside was the restaurant and bar isn't open on Sunday evening"

"We were staying here because mum was in hospital nearby and we live four hours away. Staff were very friendly about last minute extension of our stay. Rooms are kept clean as long as you remember to put the little sign out, otherwise staff are very helpful if you need anything."

"Beautiful room, decorated and equipped to high quality. Lovely meal and breakfast. Would recommend as a fab place to stay."

"Great location, lovely room with excellent amenities"

"Room was clean and comfortable, although there was nowhere to hang coats/clothes (there was no hanging rail). The pedestrian route to the restaurant was a bit dark in places. Generally a good overall stay."

"Just gave a good vibe Lovely staff who made an effort Kids loved the Labradors at the reception"
