"Good location Nice staff"

"Great staff, very friendly always happy to help."

"Staff were all nice and well trained. I booked a stay for a solo business trip. I got a letter through my door advising I must leave by 10am and if I wanted to stay inside the hotel it would cost me an extra £70? ... just felt like I could not stay and do work on my laptop as I usually would - I would not stay again for a business trip as made things difficult for me."

"Nice place, friendly staff"

"Perfect for an overnight stay for access to Loughborough uni"

"Lovely little hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful, nice big bed and room for a very reasonable price!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights recently. House actually looked better than the photos. Lots of space with plenty of towels / cutlery / glasses / plates etc. lovely quiet street within walking distance of Loughborough. would 100% stay here again. I have removed one star as the thermostat on the shower could do with being checked. Unfortunately the only temperate was scalding hot which made it difficult to shower but I’m sure that’s an easy fix for the host. Thanks so much for the stay!"

"Excellent place for the money Simple and clean. All I require for a quick stop over ."

"Lovely location and the staff were great. Nothing was too much bother. Definitely stay again"

"Very friendly staff, good bar with reasonable food prices. The rooms are very motelish but nice inside, externally they look a bit tired"

"I can't fault the royal oak from checking to standard of rooms to top quality breakfast .would highly recommend a stay"

"Lovely hotel and Lovely staff great food the breakfast was delicious, great value the only criticism would be the lack of fresh air in the hotel perhaps opening a couple of doors or windows would help but that might just be me . Had a lovely sleep and enjoyable stay ."

"Handy parking, friendly staff."

"Great location. Basic hotel but it had everything we needed for a 1 night stay. Would consider staying here again in the future."

"This was not our first stay at The Manor and as usual, it did not disappoint. Great staff (super friendly & helpful), well appointed rooms, great food and atmosphere. We needed a central venue for our national team and this fits the bill perfectly. We will be back!"
