Cari Hotel di Distrik Peningkatan No. 9

"Old hotel!! Supper over priced!!! Never come back again here"

"Extremely expensive for what it was. We paid on alot for the night with two dogs. facilities were rundown and the customer service was terrible. The mattress really uncomfortable, dishes in the kitchen were all mismatched and extremely beat up, indoor wood-burning stove doesn’t really work. for the price, I cannot recommend it."

"Despite being a four-star hotel, which led me to expect a higher standard of service and cleanliness, my experience was quite disappointing. When I entered the room, I noticed several stains on the table and lipstick marks on the glasses. The bathroom was also poorly cleaned, with stains, dirt, and mineral buildup around the soap holder and inside the shower. Overall, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before it was given to us. The hotel was not busy during our stay, yet we...

"I discovered a bug on the headboard of the bed, directly above my head. A member of the quality team came to inspect it. I advised her to thoroughly check the bed and ensure that it was free of bugs. However, I am not certain that any action was taken, and I do not believe she did anything about it. I took photographs of the bug and showed them to reception when I reported my finding. Other than that all was ok."

"Amazing!"

"Beautiful property. I would highly recommend the spa on site!"

"Convenient, clean, staff hospitable"

"Love the hot pool and the tea that’s always available.. thank you we had a great time!!!"

"Rooms were clean and we enjoyed the free breakfast."

"The room was spacious and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job however the property is quite poorly maintained. The bathtub had old black caulk and the wall tiles also had brown grout. The toilet was also rusty and the shower curtain was ripped. The biggest stovetop burner did not work and the ones that did were slanted and it was difficult to cook. The kitchen supplies such as pans were very worn out. There were very few plates and no paper towels or placemats. Lastly, the room had very...

"Honestly, the pictures do not look anything like the room we had not to mention I booked on Expedia, not thinking when I got to the resort that there would be extra fees that I had to pay, and when I booked, they did not say that I would have to pay for parking extra all it said was that there was parking on site not that you had to pay for it and the resort fees you would think that’s included in the Expedia price seeing as the room was over $600."

"Nice place, about 15 minutes walk to downtown centre and hot breakfast. Cozy outdoor space."

"Cozy room"

"Muy a gusto."
