"Staff were brilliant and very helpful Food was great coffee excellent. Not so keen on swimming pool been were everyone can look in and the room was very dated and warm, the fan hardly worked and we had a disabled room as there wasn’t anything separate the toilet and shower so water went all over the toilet. It’s was one night so we just got on with it.. but food and staff were excellent."

"It had been a while since we stayed here, check-in was quick, smooth, and the receptionist gave clear instruction and advised we'd get a bottle of wine as VIP, so we booked a table in their restaurant and said we'll have the wine with our meal. "The pod of screens to sign yourself in when you arrive is not very welcoming but staff very helpful and dealt with this. Decent size car park now chargeable all week (contra information in room which suggested Fri night to Sun are free - apparently out of date). Decennt breakfast sensibly priced if you scan the code in your room beforehand. Restaurant/room service stops by 9:30 which was inconveniently early. "We stayed two nights in early June ‘26. The rooms left much to be desired. They were worn out and dated. The bathroom definitely needs updating- dirty with peeling paint and the toilet would not flush on our last morning. Not much fun. There is no AC, so windows are open in every room making for a lot of noise from the parking lot and jets heading into MAN Airport (right in the flight path). "I went to Manchester to watch a football match and wanted a hotel to sleep and rest. Great hotel, very good breakfast and free parking. I recommend it."

"It was strange during this current situation. Very quiet. The only issue I had was that the water was cold. It was very unpleasant getting a shower in cold water. I would like to stay again in more ‘normal’ circumstances."

"Beautifully clean and appointed accommodation. Host very helpful and friendly. Only criticism is the bed is just a normal double size.. for us we prefer a bigger bed. Lovely seating area by a pond which would have been nice to sit by if the weather had been kinder! Definitely recommend . "
