"We were there for three days due to cleaners strike rooms were not cleaned. Front desk attendant was helpful to give us fresh towels and supplies. Parking was not included but was enough."

"Very pleasant staff and the room was super spacious and tidy. We were greatly surprised by the size. We enjoyed our stay. Although, it doesn’t have air conditioning but I enjoyed my sleep, and I wish I could have taken more picture of myself at the pool when it was still scanty but we weren’t allowed to. The pool section gets busy!.., Same as the gym but all appear to be very well maintained. We definitely enjoyed our stay and already recommended to family manners in Manchester."

"We love this quirky hotel for its proximity to Manchester Airport. It's our first stop in the UK when we arrive on vacation, so that first night is very important for us to catch up on sleep after an overnight flight. Unfortunately, we arrived at the start of a heat dome and this property was unprepared. The air conditioning in the rooms wasn't working so they were unbearably hot, too hot to get a good night's sleep which made for a very long night. We had one table fan for two rooms. The hotel...

"The pub was busy and bustling, yet welcoming. Olivia greeted us, smiling and friendly. She was informative and nothing was too much trouble. She gave a really good first impression of the place Breakfast was excellent (Full English and Eggs Benedict). We were once again served by the lovely Olivia. "We loved the service. They went beyond themselves to help us and make our stay the most pleasant they could. We left to early for breakfast on the day of our flight, and they kept more than enough breakfast ready for us at the reception to take with us when we left. They had provided us with a fane as the AC did not work, however it did not really do it's job. There was plenty of towels and housekeeping did an excellent work! "The property was brilliant and we will book again. We have family in tbe area and this was a great base for us. One small criticism is the heating. There is only one radiator in tbe lounge dining area and this was insufficient in a cold spell."
