"Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "

"Love this resort the staff are beautiful especially Ame, sarleen, wame, Sala ratu,the porters are all so friendly these people make me come back every year which I just got back for the 8th time. Daniel near the gym is so friendly aswell kids love him his fun and joins in with the game area good vibe.
The cocktails and food are all so good but pricey same as Australia sometimes more.
The renovated rooms are beautiful glad they started to renovate the rooms.

"Very clean room and very clean area. The staff are very friendly. Very good restaurants with vegetarian breakfast corner. Very nice swimming pool.
Food is fine but less spicy. During seafood night the crab dish ran out very early and topped up."
