"Very clean and nice size room"

"While the hotel could use an update, it did appear well maintained with clean rooms and common areas. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t horrible but it did get warm in the room overnight even though my husband turned down the temperature. The staff was wonderful - from the front desk to the breakfast workers, everyone was friendly and enthusiastic. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast - filling and fine."

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"The cleanliness is noted in all aspects of our stay. I will definitely come back even just for a stay on the weekend. Only one thing that is out of the hotels control, parents need to be responsible for their kids actions. Kids were running, banging and knocking on doors past 10 pm at night. There seems to have been some sports activities going on during our stay and some lids were out of control."

"The location is perfect. Close to everything. Room was clean, comfortable and perfect. Breakfast was great with lots of options, and the staff was phenomenal!"

"The hotel is very clean and the reception area is welcoming and friendly. We arrived and were immediately greeted and the check in was a breeze. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room has a spacious working area and comfortable seating if you like to seat and watch some tv or listen to music while relaxing. Breakfast is a definite perk here. "Unfortunately my stay here was not comfortable for my family. The linens needed to be replaced due to it being soiled and when I notified the front desk I was told I had to retrieve the clean items from the front desk. No remorse regarding the circumstances, the showers we not clean, the door to my bedroom suite had a large crack across the door. I would not stay here with my family again. "The front desk guy mumbles in heavy accent making communication challenging but the facility itself if clean and well maintained. My room was very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of shopping and eating choices close by. 10/10"

"You could hear everything from the rooms upstairs. Kids running all night kept us awake. Guests sitting outside smoking. Stench of smoke was awful. Then we had a random man knock on our door, strung out on drugs and then tried to block my car in. Glad we were leaving, and we are not going back there."
