"The staff’s check-in attitude was unprofessional. While I was waiting in line, he allowed the men to cut in front of me. When I pointed this out, I was surprised that he did not apologize; instead, he seemed to blame me for the situation."

"Arrived at property and upon check in was told there was an additional $10 per day parking fee . Clerk at desk was very unsure of himself and took a while to check us in. In the room the tv remote didn’t work properly and the room was freezing . Thermostat on wall doesn’t control anything . Went to unit and it was set at 60 degrees. "Near airport, very clean room and comfortable beds. Great rate and helpful for free airport shuttle."

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

"This is a decent motel. I was traveling with my daughter and I felt safe and comfortable. It was convenient to where we needed to be and it was affordable and clean. I would stay there again if I needed simple accommodations in the area. If you are looking for something fancy, certainly, don’t book a motel in the first place. But if you need a comfortable bed and a clean room without any luxurious extras, this fits the bill."
