"We loved our stay at Alila Diwa and would absolutely recommend it. We stayed outside of peak season which meant we were able to upgrade to Diwa club for a really reasonable price and I'd recommend doing the same, if you're able to; the rooms are spacious and bathrooms actually feel separate to the main bedroom/living area, plus you get access to the sundowners at Bistro.
Our stay at Alila Diwa rounded off a 3 week trip around India and so we were ready for some sun lounger time, early nights...

"Excellent location for beach walks , shacks, late evenings to watch sunset from beach with a drink.
Staff can't do enough, really helpful.
Taxes at resort are 18% , though that is the same in all.
Avoid wine unless you're happy pay about £16 a glass."
