"Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists. The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace. We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast. Good if you like...

"The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) "We could not turn off the aircon and it was cold. It could have been cleaner. No soap for the sink. Very spacious but not homely. Not enough pillows and we needed a blanket but there were none. The dining area, very busy and food ok. Took my wine before I finished it as we were the last in but did replace it upon complaining. Not for us Only a 3 star "

"Apartment fine. One bed unstable so good job it was only me. Safe costs extra, spa costs extra for the jacuzzi and sauna they have and the on site massage therapist never replied to my enquiries in WhatsApp so i took my custom elsewhere. Overall ok, only one cockroach spotted. Busses dont go all the way up so you will have to walk or taxi back in the evenings as the last shuttle bus back is at around 6"

"Der Boden vom Zimmer war etwas dreckig beim Einzug aber ansonsten war alles top top sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist wirklich nett nur man musste etwas mit denen diskutieren um Verbandmaterial zu bekommen zwecks einer Verletzung. Wir hatten Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr groß und bieten allen was das Herz begehrt. Das Frühstück und Abendessen ist wirklich Klasse. Nur schade das keine Getränke beim Abendessen inklusive sind. Man könnte wenigstens Wasser parat stellen....
