The spa was closed, which was not made clear when booking through a third-party site, and this significantly impacted the stay. It is an old apartment with a history, but you don't see the history, you just feel like being in a very poor neighbourhood. They charged us CAD 265, price of a 3 star hotel with hostel quality. "Never stay here in the summer! A lovely hotel with a great spa but sadly the staff were not interested. Our room (6) was boiling hot, far hotter than 2 other hotel rooms we have slept in over this May 26 heatwave.
