Hotel murah di Basingstoke

"Due to hot weather I asked if we could move to a lower floor room for our 2nd night ( they had provide 1 fan that was already in the room and 2nd one which I asked for but room was like an oven ..) The staff were fantastic and found a room within a few minutes on a lower floor and cooler .. Thank you to the staff"

"I didn’t realise upon booking that the hotel has no A/C throughout, my room was 27 degrees, woke up at 2 am due to it being red hot and went and sat near reception as it was around 10 deg lower than the room, there was a free standing fan in the room which looked like it had done a few rounds with Mike Tyson, then just to top it off the fridge didn’t work at all, and when we reported it nothing was done. A/C would have been great as keeping the windows open all night with the fan running near the window meant we did not get a great nights sleep due to the close proximity to the road, however that would not be a problem were the weather not so hot. "This is a very old Inn with oak beams and uneven floors. The facilities were good however the room was unbearably hot. Even though we had 2 fans on we were just covered in sweat as soon as we came out of the shower. It was impossible to sleep."

"I booked this hotel purely on the basis that it had an All Day Restaurant and 24hr room service. When we asked for lunch, we were told 'Chef doesn't work between 11.am and 5.30.pm!' Having no car we had to get a taxi to the closest restaurant! We arrived at 2.pm, their check in time but we're told the room wasn't ready. I'd asked for a quiet room but they put us next to a set of double doors where they bring in all the supplies for the hotel. We had just done the overnight flight from Toronto...

"This is a very old characterful property, with low beams etc. Venue was chosen for a small family reunion and everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The staff were all very polite, helpful and patient which adds to the enjoyment. The food was really excellent and thanks to the chef none of our group had any complaints, Definitely recommend."
