"Lieu exceptionnel, personnel sympa. Ma chambre avec la taille d'une chambre de bonne. J'aurais apprécié un peu plus d'espace. Néanmoins c'était confortable et sympathique. Il faut à tout prix améliorer le choix du petit déjeuner, c'est pas assez varié. Un lieu de qualité impose un petit déjeuné de meilleurs qualité avec plus de choix. "

"Beautiful hotel. A bit tricky to navigate with a bit of an odd layout and spiral stairs that can be hard to get heavy luggage up and down, but very beautiful. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The place is clean and has a/c and feels more modern. Only thoughts were: 1. It was freezing, I tried to turn the a/c down it was so cold. I even started to get a bit of a stuffy nose from the cold. All-in-all with it being 28 degrees outside it wasn't the worst problem to have. 2. The tv didn't...

"I came at 4 to check in because that’s what it says check in time is… they couldn’t get me in my room until 4:25 after I complained. The frame which is the restaurant inside of the hotel… customer service is horrible. No one greets you we say for a good 15 minutes before we were finally offered a drink from the bar. I paid $180 to have someone bring me champagne and macaroons with rose pedals to our room at 9am…. Didn’t come until 9:50 and we then had to rush because we had to catch a train....

"The location of the hotel was amazing! The room had great air conditioning and was very clean. The staff was always welcoming. We had connectivity issues at times with WiFi but would definitely come back."

"Mostly OK. Location is great. But our room was only refreshed occasionally, and maids failed to leave towels, water and coffee when they did service the room. Breakfast was disorganized and slow. Lastly, it is hard to read the room numbers and the halls are dimly lit. So it’s easy to get lost in this large hotel."

"I don't recommend this hostel if you are staying at hostel under hot temperature since there is no airco working. I also couldn't use private bathroom, so it was a huge disappointment. The stuff was helpful and had a positive energy. Breakfast is not great but cheaper than cafes/restaurants."

"No air conditioning and elevator broken. They did move us to another property after 3 days but we did notice where they had bought a room sized air conditioner and tall fan for someone’s room as we were leaving. We bought an oscillating fan for ourselves. The heat was unbearable and we kept our windows open 24/7."

"Buena ubicación y en general buen servicio. Lamentable que al momento de hacer el check in traten de venderte servicios adicionales en lugar de ofrecerte una cálida sonrisa de bienvenida. Cuento con la tarjeta de Cliente frecuente de Grupo Accor pero me comentaron que al haber reservado vía EXPEDIA o como la chica en recepción comentó "una agencia de viajes" ,no podía acumular puntos en mi cuenta. Un especial reconocimiento a las chicas de la limpieza que siempre, siempre te ofrecen un "bonjour"...

"We stayed in room 702. Top floor with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Which was a nice surprise because the room we booked was a Superior Room with Spa access had no mentioning of the tower view. Great staff, very helpful. Clean room. Amazing spacious shower. There were a few things i wish were better tho. We were in Paris during a crazy heat wave. Some days temperature outside was 33-35C. The AC in the room didnt work well. It was set at 19 C the lowest possible the entire stay of 3...

"We had a good stay. The staff were efficient and the amenities good. Breakfast was great and a good variety of dairy free / gluten free options too. Please note, the swimming pool and changing rooms are quite dated and look MUCH bigger in the pictures. Location is good near Eiffel tower, shops and smaller restaurants. Room was dated and in need of a refresh but we really appreciated the blackout curtains and aircon in a May heatwave!"
