"Hotel was beautiful Staff were excellent Clean and beautiful Suite was lovely and clean, bed was so comfy. Weird though no table and chairs to eat in room ( plenty of room for one) Sofa and 2 chairs not sure why for 2 guests. Tv sound was very poor needs an upgrade Overall great would stay again. Lovely location for town"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "A lovely venue with helpful staff, only downside was the external noise at night as the windows are single glazed, so we heard the tram rumbling and tooting from 5am until midnight each day, so had to buy earplugs for our second night. Some secondary glazing would resolve this."
