"It was a great stay, location is a bit out of the way but in a very nice quieter area of the city, was very happy with our room aside from the fact the โwindowsโ were beside a stack of machines so sounded like an airplane going off, they did offer to change rooms but we stayed as the room we had was very modern and bright. Breakfast included for one morning was average, overall recommend staying here and the hotel itself is so quiet. "

"Staff was amazing very kind and thoughtful as well as very helpful they all know English so if you donโt fully understand Japanese they can help and the room was amazing! But the best part was the spa i went to get a back massage and it helped with my back recovery!"

"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay.
The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance.
It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."

"One of the most beautiful onsens I have ever been to. As soon as you walk in, there is a sense of calm and quiet elegance. The property is beautifully designed to maximize the view of the lake. Our room consisted of three large sections which can be divided with private screens. The service was outstanding too. Each breakfast and dinner, we dinned in a private room. A special thanks to Shayla. "

"Spent four days at Gagakuan, satisfied, although unexpected cold weather even in spring. Late sakura blooming, still managed to view some. Did not follow tour, rather venture on our own. Visited places of interest but unable to cover all due to insufficient time, maybe next time would to come again. "
