"Clean, Quite and Convenient "

"Checkin staff person was courteous and efficient. We were in our room within 2 minutes. Room was clean and beds were comfy. We had a great sleep. Breakfast had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits/ gravy. Coffee was good."

"We have been here multiple times. It is currently under renovations. We rented 2 rooms; one for us and our parents. Our parents had issues with their electrical in the bathroom first day. We had issues with our toliet the second day and were told it was leaking into the room beneath us. Seems like contractors were not up to par. Would not come back unless changes were made. All staff have been wonderful with everything and very accommodating!"

"The staff were very friendly. The room was very nice. The shower had great pressure. I loved that the central unit had a fan mode so I could have the white noise. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. I loved that they had apples and bananas out to where you can get them to go. The one minute pancake maker was awesome! We will definitely book again next time we stay in Oak Ridge."

"Great place to stay for a night or two"

"Property is dated and in need of some repair. Could not get the door to lock when we closed it. When we did we had difficult getting back in the room. One of the ice machines was broken so we had to go to a different building to get ice. Sheets were clean but had some stains. There were a few slices of bread a couple of bagels and coffee set out for breakfast. Not really any amenities. "

"They are doing remodeling and we need to be patient in order to have a nice finished product. I believe they are updating bathrooms, changing furniture and mattresses."

"Quiet area with large parking lot. The staff at check-in was not particularly friendly, but did the job. Breakfast was minimal, no water available, no staff anywhere to ask. I just needed a place to stay driving through and I did the job."

"It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL! The place needs a severe update and an exterminator. I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend. The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES! The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it. I shook out everything that I took in to the room. I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone". ...
