"Room was nice. Staff was excellent. It was the first room from the reception desk making it louder than normal and the doors were very very loud when clasping shut. Every time our “neighbors” went in or out, we were awakened. Breakfast was hearty but no pastries were available."

"I found a bed bug in my bed on the last day of my trip. The hotel staff told me to contact Expedia to receive a refund. I asked to get written conformation this happened to me and all they gave me was $30 free play coins. When I call Expedia, they gave me $75 credit with them. Now Expedia claims they aren't able to contact the hotel, and the hotel claims they haven't heard from Expedia. Honestly, I hate complaining and I didn't know what to do. "This property was terrible. We arrived to find the house filthy and all the beds unmade. Trash everywhere, food left out on counters, blood in one of the beds. We could not stay here and booked another hotel at 11:00 PM in Pittsburgh. I have never seen such a filthy vacation rental. "

"Staff is friendly. Breakfast is a good perk. It is half the price of the hotel a few blocks away. However, the rooms are getting dated, they lack useful furniture for the space allotted, and currently the pool and fitness rooms are closed. I’d prefer they handled the rooms before fitness (never used) and pool (low priority). I will stay there again, though, for the overall value and cost."
