"The room was not cleaned well the floors were so dirty the bottom of my feet were disgusting horrible horrible I will never stay there again"

"The light fixtures were rusted and the lampshade was broken. There were flies in the room. The couch is ripped up and soiled. Sticking out from the bottom of the couch was a dirty sock. The television did not work. The towels looked dingy. The flush on the toilet was so loud and it would wake up anybody in the room. The guests were loud and noisy during the night and the walk to your room was on soiled carpets. I paid $20 less than a stay at the Doubletree. Complete rip off."

"Breakfast was included, but at check in, the staff showed me where the restaurant that was not free was. No one ever pointed out where to get the free breakfast. Everything else was great. The bed was a little firmer than I'm used to, but it was good for my back"

"It’s pretty nice and clean, nice breakfast, nice staff, clean, but they don’t change the bed skirt case when I looked to the side my was dirty and there’s no safe but the bathroom is big and it’s clean also there’s snacks and tea"
