"Staff was warm, friendly and offered great suggestions for meals. Room was clean. We were surprised by the smallness of the California king bed, but it was comfortable. Bend is a lovely, dynamic town however we did not expect to stay there so our reservation was very last minute on a Saturday night. Maybe that is why we were charged $427.65? At that rate you expect better."

We transferred our luggage and went to use the bathroom. The moment I flipped the light switch, something poppwed and this room also had no power in the bathroom. We were moved to a third room where there were no power problems. The drapes in that room did not close all of the way, and there was a large globule of some indeterminate...

"Our room was right next to the kitchen. We were woken up at 6am. No warning upon check it that it could be an issue. Not a pleasant stay at all."
