"Staff is extremely rude. Called with questions regarding my reservation and they consistently hung up on me, ignored my call and refused to help. Checked in, and beds were soaking wet. Lady at the front desk came to the room and tried telling us the beds were just cold even though our clothes were wet after laying on them. Finally argued enough to get dry sheets and blanket and pillows were still soaked. There was a gentleman at the front desk this time that I handed the wet pillow too and he...

"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. All staff we came on contact with were kind and helpful."

"Staff was great. Very accomodating and helpful. Parking was more than you would anticipate."

"The hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. There are no signs telling you where the elevator or where breakfast is served. There are no clocks in the room and no mirror in the sleeping area. The sink in the room is good, but not helpful due to no mirror."

"I didn't use the exercise room or pool. The staff was great. The entire place was well maintained. The only reason for the 4 star overall rating was the TV had an odd problem. If I return to Washington Missouri I will stay with them."
