"Very late check in got the run around for awhile they Keir telling us any minute for hours. We left came back and so wasn’t ready by 7. The pool and hot tub was not well kept or rules enforced AT ALL. The pool experience was definitely SOMETHING the kids with and with parents followed none of the hotel rules. I got up at 5AM to try and beat the crazy kids fit the hit tub they weren’t supposed to be in and it was CLOSED and then also the front staff kept telling me into be thirty minutes. He said...

"Almost a perfect stay! I’ve stayed at several Drury properties over the last 10 years, including Chicago, Austin, and Richmond VA, they’ve never let me down. My recent stay at Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast was no exception. The location is great, tucked into a nice neighborhood and close to the Castleton and Keystone shopping areas. "It was clean. There’s no pool. The hotel door doesn’t shut all the way . There’s not bath tub. It’s kind of a sketch area . It was clean though and the staff was nice "

"Check in was very easy, staff was friendly. Room was very clean, probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed in. Everything from the carpet, bathroom, furniture, and bed. The bed was very comfortable, almost too comfortable! Breakfast was delicious and a great variety of items to choose from. Location was excellent with everything within walking distance. Parking garage is very secure. I would definitely stay again!"

"This was our 6th time staying at Hyatt House. The hotel is in a great downtown location & being directly across from Gainbridge Fieldhouse so perfect for Pacers games, concerts etc. The rooms are always spotless & the beds are comfy. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! Tons of great options & always hot & fresh! This last visit was disappointing with a couple of staff members at check in.
