"The property itself was decent but I’ve stayed at better Doubletree properties. It was an inconvenience that early check in was not an available for us even after calling ahead especially since we flew in for a wedding that started 90 mins after check in. The shuttle service from the airport was nice and the shuttle driver Mr. Robert was amazing. The hot water in our room didn’t work the first night we were there and there was no shower gel in the dispenser. They also ran out of cookies which is one of the main perks of staying at DT. Otherwise, the stay was decent but I’ll definitely look for a different property if I visit Little Rock again."

"The room was very clean. We did find that the TV remote in room 310 batteries are almost dead and need replacing. There was a light out in the bathroom and the shower pull plunger on the bathtub came out when we started the shower one time. We were able to get it back in but it should be fastened correctly. "

"Location, general cleanliness, and quality of the breakfast were all what I would expect from a Hampton Inn. What set this particular location apart from 95% of the hotels I stay in was the friendliness of the staff. My wife and I agreed as we left that it was worth posting a review--and I don't post many--just to highlight this quality."
