"One elevator was out of order and the other's inspection certification expired 11 months ago (June 2025). I emailed the state inspector as this is incredibly unsafe."

"Checked in staff was nice. Room had a smell, mold in the bathroom on the walls (Blackmold), mold on the window casing. The TV speakers were broken. Due to the timing the office person offered to move us to another room, which we did. The second room didn’t have mold. Smelled. The outside of the property is nice, the rooms need updating."

"Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a stay after a relative was in Grandview icu. I had a severely broken foot at the time as well and was assuming they would be perfect for some relief. No breakfast or access to anything unless you are a platinum gold elite member of their hotel group."

"I liked the location to the hospital and UAB. The sheets were horrible. They were rough. The pillows were flat and odd shaped. They were also dirty because you could see the edges in the pillow cases. Parking was limited and cost too much.I would not recommend nor stay at this hotel again. I was very disappointed!"
