"Location is nice I just wish they would beautify the area . The view is of the old mall and the balcony doesn’t open . My room was 63 degrees all night and I was freezing . You can not turn the heat on and fix the issue either cause it’s a boiler system . "I booked this hotel for the suite- 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. It does look like the online photos, but what you can’t see is the room (especially the bathroom) is not clean at all. I’m not overly picky about hotels or cleanliness, but this was gross. I should have read further into the reviews, but we stopped late at night on our way to our final vacation spot. We didn’t even attempt the breakfast, as we couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"Sarah checked us in and was extremely helpful. We had arrived early and our rooms were ready for check in. She assisted with recommendations for hiking and restaurants in the area. We stayed for two days and had a lovely time. The staff was nice and courteous. Very nice rooms with updated amenities. Definitely recommend staying here and will stay here again if I'm back in the area"

"We stayed here to experience the Rail Explorers Elk River tour, which makes the hotel’s location convenient if one is coming from Ohio. The beds were comfortable! The hallway carpets and furniture were all banged up or stained. The guests seemed a little rowdy the night we stayed, including an incessant yapping dog. "We arrived early in the day from our flight and the reception and housekeeping team were more than accommodating and worked to get a room ready for check in well before check in time! The room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently right next to a Starbucks. We walked downtown every day for lunch or dinner. Would stay again!"
