"The hotel room was very nice but there was no coffee pots which I prefer versus going down to get a cup of coffee in the morning. We got a late start for breakfast and went down at 9:50, all of the hot food was already empty and they did not refill it even though there were several people down there waiting. "Pool floor was dirty and there was a band aid floating in it. Continental breakfast was very bad...stale muffins, crusty microwaved sausage links. The floor in our room was dirty and in need of vaccuming. Receptionist seemed unfriendly and grumpy when asked questions about local events."
