"Only bad thing was the in room coffee. It’s not the hotel’s fault but the fault of Best Western. It was marked Best western. Everything else was very good. I will definitely stay here next time I go through Kenosha."

"Front desk is rude, room is so dated and the bed was horrible. The chair in the room had stains on it and so did the curtains. Broken tiles on the bathroom floor. We went to the pool which is knee deep, was over by the hot tub and there was so much scum on the side of it people had been writing bath things in the scum. Was saving a couple bucks and got the city view instead of the water view, big mistake, it is a parking lot view. Tried to change to the water view and they refused even...

"We have stayed at this hotel several times and it must be under new management. The parking was always included with our stay in the parking ramp next to the hotel. This time however, they charged us $5 per car to part in the ramp. It really made the place feel CHEAP! If they need the $5 that bad, just increase the price of the room. Bad Idea for them. They also have changed hands of the resturant connected to the hotel and before it was very pricey. I requested a menu from the front desk to...

"Check in was fast. It was on a river although we didn’t have time to walk outside but saw it thru the window of the bar when we walked in the lobby. This property could be really nice but will need a big renovation, The room had a smell like old food or dog, the Bathroom was dirty, the back entrance door lock was broken, so not safe. The hallway carpet was dirty in spots. Only dry coffee creamer was available so no real small creamers. People sitting outside the hotel."

"The moment you walked off the elevator the smell of mildew hit you fast. The room was very outdated. Hotel staff all seemed like they had attitudes. Waste of money. But luckily it was only for one night during an emergency."

"Gorgeous boutique hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Very comfortable bed too. The only thing to be aware of is that parking is NOT $5 as told. After taxes and fees, parking is $13 a night."
