"Very bad room service and cleaning"

"The hotel is in a good neighborhood. Currently (7/26) there is a lot of construction near the hotel, so the way to the metro was not a straight shot. But it took about 15 minutes to walk to the West Falls Church metro. The Metro ride was only about 23 minutes to the National Mall."

"Clean room, responsive staff, quiet, and nice fitness room."

"The rooms are awesome. I had the king corner suite on the 13th floor. Really beautiful views and great sunsets. Very lively which is fun to see! The only downside of my stay was the rat population by the outside seating area. I mentioned to the staff that I was going inside because of the rats and they could turn the fire off. The response was “we’re in a city, we can’t do anything about it.” They could’ve said “we’ll take care of it.” I’m assuming the overfilling garbage cans on the property...

"The perfect hotel for a solo traveler! Staff was super helpful and provided me with another room after I reported a buzzing sound in my room. I had no problems with my stay and definitely recommend the hotel for solo travelers or couples. Literally the cutest rooms with very friendly staff in a prime DC location."

"I liked the room; nice to have a Nespresso machine. Bathroom was kind of funky - semi-opaque walls showed silhouette of person in shower. Rooftop bar overlooking White House and Washington monument was nice but cost $70 for 3 drinks. I really did not like the loud party music in the lobby. There was no quiet place to work, talk or make a phone call. Maybe this was done to drive people out of the lobby! Almost no one sitting there. Hotel location was great.
