"Loved the hotel!"

"It’s a beautiful hotel. Was clean and nicely maintained. Not much in the way of amenities. No vending machines or store to get snacks or drinks. Valet didn’t offer to help with luggage at all, just got the car. No help with luggage, no tip."

"Room carpet was dirty and there is no exhaust fan in bathroom and door lock was not working... breakfast and kick back was not expected, but staff is polite and responsive.,."

"Nice hotel next to Busch Stadium and Ballpark Village. Great service at checkin! Nice room and hotel. The bathroom and tub needs to be updated!"

When I checked in I was told there would be a $20 a night fee for Parking and that our third party check in should have told us. Then got to room and no sofa in room. At check out the 2 breakfast charges show up against my credit card I used for incidentals. Each time I brought it up I got the third party vendor should have included or told you. No one took...
