"They have a lot of amenities that you can utilize like hot tub and fire pits. They put out stuff to make smores after 6pm and snacks can be found in the office. This includes breakfast too which has things like boiled eggs and yogurts, toast and bagels and an array of cereals. The beds were so cozy and warm, the room included a mini fridge and microwave which was super convenient. They even have a water fountain in the office to refill water bottles. "Realy a great stay - while the building itself is not new, it is in great shape, very clean and retains some of the "older" hotel features like a spacious room. Great location for easy walk to downtown. Staff were clearly invested in the quality of our stay. Appreciated the offer to stay an additional nite for half price (although probably something offered only during low season."

"The room was nothing like the pictures I saw on the Internet when I booked making it nothing like I expected. It was suppose to be 2 bedroom but one of the bedrooms was part of the living room. The walls and ceiling was extremely thin making the noise from the room above us and beside us very loud, people outside yelling late after I was in bed (10:30-11:00 pm). "Our stay was perfect! The view, staff, and everything was awesome, my only thing was the towels weren’t white, they had a brown hue to them, which made me a little nervous to use! Other than that SO recommend staying here. A must do when in the city. "

"I wish I had gotten the name of the young lady on duty the night I checked in! She was dealing with very difficult circumstances (a wind-caused blackout) in the best manner imaginable. I was on crutches when I checked in, and not only did she guide me to my room by flashlight, she wheeled my suitcase for me (all with a smile) GREAT employee!"

"The hotel was very unique and historic. It is in a great downtown location and easy to walk to wonderful restaurants and shopping. There is a mini fridge, but no microwave. The rooms are pretty small, which is common for most historic hotels. The decor is very nice and cozy. If I had to complain about anything it would be the outside noise since it is in a busy area with lots of foot traffic. Staff are very friendly and accomodating."
