"This was my third time to stay at this property. Overall, this is a very nice location in the room rooms are spacious and clean, and I feel safe and taking care of when I stay here. There was just one staff member that was a little bit rude and not very welcoming and just didn’t seem at all friendly for some reason on the phone and in person she almost makes me not want to stay there again, even though I am impressed and like staying there. "

The furniture in the suite area was stained, there was writing on the hinges of the bathroom door and there was a used washcloth on top of the shower curtain rod. The toilet ran all night and the A\C was very loud. The staff was very nice. "

"This is a terrible hotel, and I would not recommend it. The bathroom was filthy. The caulking around the toilet was almost completely gone, and what was left was black. The towel holder was falling off the wall, and there was damaged Sheetrock where it had pulled away. The bathroom sink also did not drain properly. The pool was extremely small and overcrowded. "I like that it’s pet friendly and has an EV charger on site. Breakfast could be better. Room was ok, sofa was a bit stained and toilet paper holder was broken. Bed was good but pillows were uncomfortable. It worked for budget pet friendly stay. "

"The hotel was clean. The check in process was horrible. Our reservation could not be found, then there were issues running a card for incidentals (despite pre-paying online). After waiting 45 minutes, we finally left to get dinner and came back later to check in. There was only 1 staff member on duty and probably 8 people waiting to check in. No one else was able to solve the problem."

"It was a terrible stay. The bathroom in our room was so dirty. Mens beard hair in the sink, long women’s hair on the bathroom floor. Toothpaste splatter on the counter, faucet and mirror. Dirty counter top. Our toilet paper roll had a couple of squares on it, they didn’t even bother to replace it with a new roll. When we told the front staff all they said was sorry about that and did nothing to try and make it right. All this had us questioning everything in the room. Not a good night. "
