"Challenge staff we’re pretty good something could be fixed like basic drywall stuff and around edges of the room with paint but other than that its functional the water pressure was good beds were comfortable it serves it purpose as a hotel"

"We requested room service and did not receive it. We had to request and pick up clean towels. I don’t think that requesting room service once for a three night stay is unreasonable. We were told someone didn’t come in for their shift. Unfortunately, that makes more work for those who do show, but that should not be an excuse for not fulfilling requested service. "The water was not hot, the rooms are not a plus, they're wore out and not maintained very well. Everything was clean, there was no bad smells and the pool was not working and I would imagine from the state of things the pool probably has not worked in a long time. I saw one staff when I came in at night and I saw one staff when I left the next day and they were very friendly."

"It had been somewhat renovated since the last time there and most of my issue was maybe needing to buy more towels and washcloths and such....they were def well used and discolored.....for the price it was quite ok....also alot quieter since last time with better "neighbors"....."
