Cari Hotel di Kabupaten Newport

"Great location. Easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. Quiet side street if in the suites building. Staff was very helpful. Cons: Unsecured elevator in suites building. The lobby is on the second floor and they don't see who is coming and going. The bottom of our door was 2 or 3 inches from the floor. Very unsafe and annoyingly bright/loud. A towel solved some of it but still wasn't great. Pool was in other building so had to walk across road. The beds were just okay and room was clean...

"Front desk, waiters/waitresses and shuttle staff were all wonderful. Housekeeping was the weak link as for three out of five nights, they did not even show for the room without calling the front desk. Once there, housekeeping services were fine. If not for this, our overall assessment would have been excellent."

"Amazing location, lovely room, great staff!"

"The facility has not been maintained. On the night I stayed I was woken by the volume of a tv near my room at 4am. Very loud. It never stopped. I tried calling the front desk but got no answer. The volume continued until I finally left abruptly as 7 am Very unpleasant! And Unfortunately in my haste to leave quickly I left behind the pillow I brought from home. Less the 24 hrs after I left I called the hotel to see if I could get my pillow. I was told the cleaning staff did not come in...

"Recommended only if no other options are available. Room cleanliness was mediocre and breakfast was not good."

"I have no idea how the room was because they wouldn’t let us in it even though we paid for it until check out. I understand that we paid through a booking site rather than directly with them but if I notified them that I would arrive after staff left for the the night and not sure how late, I’m not sure how it is okay for them to mark us as a NO SHOW when we showed up extremely late but DID show up before check out. We ran into an emergency and were relying on the 2 hours we had left to take...

"It was very clean and quiet. I liked the items provided that I always forget at home, toothbrush, razer, and shower cap."
