"Bed not ready, no blanket. Cigarette holes burned in sheets put on bed. Shower was horrible, shower head needs to be replaced. Ice machine broken. Waited well over hour for a blanket. Room smelled badly like stale cigarette smoke. Toaster at continental breakfast was also broken."
