"I am very unsatisfied with my whole experience with this super 8 location. I booked a last minute trip to highpoint for a family reunion. I tried numerous times to call and request an early check in. Much to my surprise I couldn't get an answer I spoke to a reservation specialist for super 8 and she also tried she was also unsuccessful. "We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty vacant due to the road construction. It was a little difficult to get to the entrance but it was worth it. The staffed helped us get around it. The room was nice but homely. It was just what we needed. The ice machine was broke but not really a big deal to me. We would definitely stay there again. "

"There was roaches, the bathroom was terrible not clean at all. The sheet were not clean and I am pretty sure there were bed bugs. The room very strong like they smoke in even though I requested a non smoking room. I got a few hours of sleep and rushed out as soon as I could!!"

"Rooms were dirty and items left in them beds were very uncomfortable,staff was listening to loud music in lobby,window shades were broke,TV didn't work at all in one of my rooms,very loud during night no one did anything about noise in hallway after a 10 drive we wanted quietness never got were up 3 or 4 , times during.i would never stay at this hotel again I'm very disappointed and request a full refund "
