"Nice place. Good location, friendly receptionist, and the room and the common areas were clean. Sure, there are signs of wear and tear, and the breakfast was pretty basic. For the price, though, it was great. I get a little nervous when I book a room this cheap, but in this case I got a solid deal. I will definitely stay here again if I return to the area."

Desk Staff was very helpful when it came to check in, as I had an issue with my booking (my bad i booked the wrong month!). But she was very professional, understanding, and helpful to the situation. I was able to rebook, luckily they were not full to capacity. And I got a refund for the original booking a few days later. The breakfast selection was good. 24 hour coffee and hot chocolate station.
