"Worst experience ever. We found bed bugs in the mattress and fleas all over the room and we had to vacate and go to another hotel. They never cleaned the room during the stay, nasty room, nasty everything, the AC was not working, front desk didn’t answer to any of our requests"

The hotel is coping with some issues resulting from aging infrastructure, our room's air conditioning wasn't working and apparently the engineers are working through all of that. "The place was nice and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good better than expected, the hotel was historic and cozy."

"The Valet and restaurant staff were both excellent. The front counter staff and house keeping were horrible. Two out of five nights the housekeepers never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. When we called the front desk they were uninterested and of no help at all. The property is getting dated and the management and service for the price has left the building."
